Now that you're here, get comfortable and stay awhile. Like many websites, you can search for listings, check out links, etc… the thing that's different about this one is me. There is no denying the convenience of checking out listings on line; either to compare your home's value or to find a home to purchase. Certainly, the information provided is helpful if you have a quick question: want to see what the neighbor listed their house for, up late want to check out properties because you're thinking of buying, want to see what the district lines are for the new school. Once you've flipped through the websites and you're ready to buy or sell, what do you do next?

I'd like you to contact me. I can tell you I've closed millions of dollars in real estate since 1995 when I obtained my license or list my educational credentials to include an ABR. But, I'd rather tell you that I am going to listen to your needs and work with you to accomplish one of two things; selling your current property or buying a new property.
